English Learning Demotivating Factors Among Non-English Majors in Medical University

Learning motivation is closely related to second language acquisition. Strong learning can make up for the lack of competence and poor conditions a certain extent, while or demotivation will hinder language-gifted learners from achieving their expected goals. This study investigates demotivating factors English among non-English majors in medical university by interviewing 60 undergraduates. The findings show that mainly involve teachers, teaching contents, environment learners. further puts forwards some practical suggestions stimulating maintaining students’ motivation.
